- Fixed duplicate thrusters for NSC exploration ship.
- Fixed AFE (and FE?) being allowed to build special resource buildings they have no business building.

- NSC escort carrier now has an Automated Dreadnought Computer.

- Researching Dark Matter reactors now gives option for Dark Matter shields and vice versa.
- Stellar Energy Tower (Stellarite) now also gives some technician jobs.
- Culture Nexus for megacorps now provides manager jobs instead of culture worker jobs.

---- Increased power output for NSC Battlecruiser, NSC Dreadnought, Titan and NSC Flagship reactors.
---- Adjusted power output for NSC Carrier reactors.

---- Upgraded Starbase reactors output to accomodate tier 7 station in NSC Headquarters.

- Added M-size and L-size Improved Stormfire Autocannon and Shredder Autocannon. They require researching additional technologies before becoming available.
- Added X-size and T-size autocannons.
- Tweaked T-slot weapons a little to bring them more or less in line with each other.
- Fixed localizations of psionic lances.
- Updated trigger that allows construction of Mantle Mining Facility.
- Cleaned up reactors' file to remove references to ship sizes that no longer exist.

New save is advised for those playing Stellaris 2.2 with an old version of NSC.
Those playing Stellaris 2.3 can safely continue their current game.

- Updated to 2.3 but kept full compatibility with 2.2.
- Mantle Mining Facility is once again a researchable and buildable building.
---- Requires Mega-Engineering and Advanced Materials technologies.
---- Can only be built on ecumenopolis worlds (and other city planets if Planet Diversity is installed).
---- Permanently reduces max districts, but provides a lot of minerals - on par with a lesser megastructure.
- New icon for the Dark Matter Drawing Facility. Changed icon and name for its technology.
- New icon for Repair Drones.
- Most resource-producing and research buildings now have icons to show what they do.
- Machine empires are no longer allowed to create ship designs that use psionic weapons - they can't get the special resource to purchase them anyway.
- New utility component: Reinforced Crystalline Plating. Increases hull strength.
- New aux component: Structural Reinforcement - increases hull strength at the cost of armor.
- Fixed Chrono-Vortex Cannon thinking that we still have fixed endgame year.
- Changed Reprocessing Plant:
---- Now provides 1 base job + 1 job per every 25 pops.
---- Consumer goods usage reduction for standard empires is increased to 20%.
---- Amenities usage reduction for gestalt empires set to 20%.
---- Jobs are now a bit more productive and provide some amenities.

- Updated AI weights on buildings to, hopefully, make AI a bit better at using them.
- Fixed a typo in localization that prevented proper referencing of other text strings in Plasma Cutter weapon.
