the USCM update is finally here!

what's added: a new space encounter (about as rare as cultist ships, will take some searching for),

a new cosmetic set,

a new unique weapon,

3 new codicies,

camo green dye.

tweaks: fixed some missing pixels in the protector's armor sprites

mostly for those who use either the elithian races mod or matter manipulator skins mod, you can craft yourself the master manipulator skin once you obtain it, also makes it easier for those who already completed the ruin mission to get it in admin mode :P
