Limit changed of Dreadnoughts. Now is 1 as a base, with an additional 1 per 250 fleet cap, so that you get less than than you can of Titans.

Added the Executor skin. You now have access to a Carrier, Broadside, and Artillery type Executor Star Destroyer. (Not all at the same time. Yet.)

Changed name and function of highest core. The Original Dreadnought Core is now reserved for the empire that killed the dreadnought, and the tech cannot be reverse-engineered.(There is not currently a limit on the number of Original Dreadnought Cores you can have.)

Made it more likely for the first tech to come up if a neighbour has Dreadnoughts.

Made the AI more likely to research Dreadnoughts (when it rolls for them) if a neighbour has them.

Localisation issue fixed.

Dreadnought picking event fixed.

Removed Apocalypse requirement by making a custom building for starbases.

We also have an image for the broadside Dreadnought now.

Leviathans story pack added as requirement, as Dreadnought model is from it.

I will probably be able to get around that once I add another model.

The Dreadnoughts no longer generate a default design, so that the error log isn't quite as big.
