Changed the highlighting system.

Now a sprite will have another sprite overlapping when required, so it mimicks the original system, and both highlighting alpha and base alpha can be put to 255 each without having white sprites.

Now when all weapons are empty and you've got skipping disabled you can still navigate through them.

Fixed bug when trying to switch weapons when all other options are empty.

WARNING: When you've got just one weapon and it's empty it might crash your game! I'm working on a patch right now!
