Try to fix vanilla classes dont get removed properly. Fix works only for new campaigns.

- Added 32 new squaddie perks from Ziodyne's MINT Classless Overhaul mod. Every soldier will now get one of these aptitudes as well as one of the 19 standard squaddie perks, giving you a total of 608 possible combinations for your squaddies - now every soldier will be a little unique!
- The Sentinel specialization now gets the eponymous Sentinel perk from Long War 2 at Corporal rank. Cool Under Pressure will become a GTS perk.
- The Assault specialization has undergone a few changes. Both Close Encounters and Bring 'Em On are now available at higher ranks, Close Combat Specialist and Deadeye become available a little earlier. This should improve the overall balance of the specialization.
- Fixed Bring 'Em On. It now grants +1 critical hit damage per two enemies instead of +1 per enemy.
- Light 'Em Up can no longer be used with cannons.
- Both Light 'Em Up and Run and Gun have received an update to their localization that tells you about their weapon category restrictions.

Balamce update that raises the ap cost for buying abilities significantly.

0 for Squaddie abilities 50 for Corporal abilities 50 for Sergeant abilities 50 for Lieutenant abilities 50 for Captain abilities 60 for Major abilities 60 for Colonel abilities 70 for Brigadier abilities

The idea behind this is to prevent people from investing all the ap in abilities because its the better choice to buy two abilities per rank than to raise stats with ap and also to nerf soldiers a bit so they dont become broken super soldiers in the late game.

Also hero classes get a ap buff, getting 80 AP per rank to a) enables them to buy their perks (they dont get a free one) and to b) buff them a bit to keep the somewhat on pair with the soldiers till i find the time to overhaul them properly

If you dont like this you can edit the values back in XComGameData.ini (pre-update values):

Hide vanilla GTS unlocks for now cause they are redudant with perks in the tree. GTS unlocks from mod added specializations will work though. Patched the costs for unlocks to 300 cause they affect the whole roster.

Minor patch:
- Enable GTS class unlocks (HitWhereItHurts, CoolUnderPressure, BiggestBooms) for rpgo soldier class
- DefaultWeaponUpgradeSlots to XComRPG.ini to allow changing the default number of weapon upgrade slots.
