Affect galaxy generation, so new game needed, you may also turn off mod after game starts.

Would love to see that update. Can confirm there are still no pre-FTL civs on Sanctuary with this mod installed.

Still works, more or less, but will remove the pre-FTL civs from Sanctuary and anywhere other system touched. Can fix it yourselves by changing any generate primitives entry for one of these:
generate_pre_ftls_on_planet = yes
generate_very_early_pre_ftls_on_planet = yes
generate_early_pre_ftls_on_planet = yes
generate_late_pre_ftls_on_planet = yes

No, I don't want to maintain it if this mod stops getting updated. Anyone else is welcome to grab the file and do that though.
