Full Refund From Roads

Full construction cost is given back when deleting roads that were just built (such as when paused).

It does nothing else. It will never do anything else. Just let me build my roads in peace.

More explanation:
Normally, only part of the construction cost is refunded, and if you wait long enough none is refunded. This mod makes it so that during the period where part of the construction cost would be refunded, all of it is refunded. If you wait some in-game days, the refund period will end and you will get nothing back.

This mod only affects roads. It doesn't affect railroad tracks or metro tracks.

If you have other mods that alter the refund amount for roads, this mod might not work, as whichever mod gets called last wins.
