Adds MK 1,2,3 Battleship Cannons and Railguns that are Fully Retractable.

TIO engineers have been hard at work designing a variety of heavier weapons. Many TIO warships were simply lacking in the much needed firepower to counter growing threats in the system. After many years of R&D, a number of battleship weapons were designed for the military. A total of 6 powerful weapons with unique strengths and weakness lets ships specialize for specific tasks. The battleship cannons sacrifice range and accuracy for sheer firepower and rate of fire. They are very capable systems and deadly at closer ranges. They also designed a number of railgun variants to match. The railguns exceed at ranged combat boasting higher range and accuracy than their cannon counter parts. While slower and overall deal less damage than the cannons they are extremely accurate and can penetrate armor with ease making them great at hitting important internal ship systems.

I don’t know much about server stuff. Turning them on and off again should reset them

Hi!!
I'm having a problem using retractable weapons on a dedicated server running Torch. The weapons often get hidden or half-open, or you turn them off and they don't return to their drawer.
