Description, or something like this
Trees, trees for everyone, saplings for everyone, and some nice, crazy, exotic skies, and that's it.
(ノ◕ヮ◕)ノ*:・゚✧

Content
I'm not going to make a list, but I think this should cover all the content:

  • Restore unused trees (yes, another mod that restores things that are in the files but are not used).

  • Added customized versions (modified from originals) of existing and restored trees.

  • More variety of trees in all biomes and microbiomes, all following a logical pattern, but indeed there are many more trees everywhere (think jungle, though not as thick).

  • Trees, their stems and foliage, can spawn a variety of colors, giving more visual variety on each planet you visit.

  • The same as above, but with the terrain, you can find a typical brown soil, or green, blue, etc., randomly.

  • All trees give saplings, even those that did not.

  • Icons for saplings ranging from original (already made by CF but as they were not used...), modified (my variants) and fully customized in some cases where the icon was nonexistent (ok, I'm not a spriter, don't expect wonders).

  • Colors of the most varied skies (some examples of colors can be seen on the screens), some a little crazier, others more exotic, hundreds of varieties (Thanks to SentientSupper, credits go to him for this part).

  • Futara's Dragon Pixel Full Bright Shader support, some trees have details that shine at night, some specific flower, some kind of material coming from the tree, etc, thanks to the support of this mod we can see some beautiful things at night or in darker hours.
NOTE: It is not necessary to use it if you do not want to.

I don't know, maybe I'm missing something, in general terms, that should cover all the content.

Things to know
If you use this mod, you don't need these, they do the same thing, but more:
  • Vanilla World Variety (My inspiration for making this mod)
  • Restore Brain Trees with Eye
  • Mods that restore tentacle drops from trees in that biome (there's no incompatibility anyway, just the part of this mod's code that makes tentacles drop would become redundant, these "trees" also drop saplings).

  • Some trees can drop more than 10 saplings, even limiting to 1 in the file will still drop those amounts (only a few exceptions), not sure why, but if it bothers you, don't take them (☞゚ヮ゚)☞

  • The probability of them dropping saplings sometimes (When the amount is not designated) depends on the size of the tree, trees can be generated from very small to very large (and the sizes in between), if the tree is too small, sometimes it might not drop a sapling, very rare, but it can happen, this is how it works in the game and it is extremely rare to see it, however, it has happened to me testing this mod on 2 or 3 occasions (sh.it, too much luck, I won't get my bets anymore (╯‵□′)╯︵┻━┻).

  • When I say trees everywhere, this is literal, there is much more variety and quantity in all biomes (and microbiomes) with some exceptions, you will not see the same variety and quantity in the jungle or garden than in the desert or savannah, evidently.

I put special emphasis on more amount of trees, the fact of adding more variety and restore more trees has the side effect of populating the maps more, it is an unavoidable effect, if you don't like this, don't bother use this mod.

However, I don't want to seem exaggerated, they come out randomly and they don't always come out with the same amount (but with a variety), personally I think it looks good, it's best that you try it, trees never hurt (and honestly, the jungle is still more exaggerated in amount of trees than what I offer with this mod)

  • The parallaxes (landscape backgrounds?), each foliage has its parallax, but the game cannot load all the parallaxes of all the foliages available in a biome, for example, forest, has 14 different foliages (15 with the cerebral one) , the game doesn't load 14 parallax, it can't.

Therefore, it is normal to see a parallax that will not coincide with all the foliage that can be seen in the biome, that's how the game works.

    Compatibility
    - As far as I understand, this mod should be compatible with everything, the worst thing that can happen is that some mod you use replaces some of my changes (in the area of trees), or vice versa, without errors or crashes, lots of stems and foliages use custom tags, these are 100% compatible with everything unless they use my same tags (unlikely), but in general this should be compatible with everything.

However, 100% compatible with Betabound! (for example).

NOTE: I can't assure this on extremely large mod lists, like those people who use 700 or 800 mods, that minefield is not my problem o( ̄▽ ̄)d

    Recommended MODs
Allow Parallax Transition -> Highly recommended to use it with this mod (although not necessary), the transition between biomes on the same planet feels better when the parallax (wallpaper) changes to a correct parallax for the new biome, the only side effect is a small lag in the biome change when changing parallax, but this happens in the original game when we go down to the core and go back up, it happens in the microbiome changes that we find underground.

    Corbent's Interactive Crew
    Smart Crew
NOTE: These 2 mods make a good team together, a lot of life to your crew.
    My mods, of course.

    Credits
For me all the flowers (ノ◕ヮ◕)ノ*:・゚✧
Ok not all the flowers, one of the parts that I like the most, the colors of the skies, is thanks to SentientSupper, give him some love if you can (づ ̄ 3 ̄)づ

@DymOniter Probably your initial world has been affected by my mod, and if your world is still there, is that it is safe to activate/deactivate it at any time, however, if you activate the mod and travel to other worlds where you see my trees, and then deactivate the mod, you will check if that world is still there or not, you would have to do more tests, as long as you make a backup of your “storage” folder, you will not lose your game.

seems like you can unsub from this safely. though i only have my starting world to test at the moment.

@DymOniter Honestly, I'm not sure if it's safe or not to uninstall in the middle of a game, you can do a quick test, make a backup of your “storage” folder in the main game directory, that contains all your game, your created universe, everything, remove my mod and go to a planet that you knew had stuff from my mod, if there is no CTD or the planet doesn't disappear, everything is fine 😅

is it safe to unintall mid-game? or will i no longer be able to fisit the planet i used this one once i do?

@Mr. Thiccums "I think" it looks redder because in the screenshot where you see it, the planet, has a redder lighting, it's part of this mod, changing the random lighting on the planets gives different atmospheres, there are hundreds or thousands of combinations between lighting and terrain in terms of colour variety.

My version is the same as the original mod, I simply changed the numbers to make the gas giants look a little smaller, it doesn't change the colours.

What you are asking for is a separate mod that I would have to create, as soon as I have time I'll have a look to see what the possibilities are, but I can't promise anything hehe

Oh! I'm aware of that mod. My question was more pertaining to the color of the gas giant itself. It looks to be a shade redder than I've ever seen any of the vanilla gas giants, though that could be my memory being a bit faulty.

On another note, maybe you could...

1. Update the mod to add a few more colors the gas giants can be as well to match the changes to the planets. After all, gas giants are basically 99% atmosphere lol
2. Maybe upload your edit of said mod? It really does look great and I'd love to use it myself!

@Mr. Thiccums This mod does not modify the gas giants, no, the ‘Better Gas Giants’ mod makes the gas giants look bigger when you are on a planet orbiting a gas giant.

I use a ‘more restrained’ version, that is, I felt that this mod makes the gas giants too big, so I made my personal version that makes them look a bit smaller.

However, the ones in the original mod still look very nice, try it and see if you like it, I don't use any other mod that modifies them.

I'm curious if this mod changes the gas giants as well? I noticed the pictures with gas giants are redder than any I've seen before. If not, what mod makes that happen?
