Visibility Condition Bandaid For Rapid Fire And Friends

Description
What this is meant to address:
In high population tactical missions, abilities with followup shots can result in the game lagging whenever the unit with them moves due to the game evaluating it's use against every single target on the mission.

This issue becomes more pronounced when there are more potential targets in the mission, or if the unit has multiple abilities that are lacking appropriate conditions.

How this works:
Inserts a visibility condition into the start of the followup shot's target condition array so that it will fail quickly against non-visible targets.

However, there is a potential issue with this solution:
If the first shot destroys terrain in such a way that you lose visibility of the target (ex. shooting the floor out from beneath them), the followup shot will not fire. consider yourself warned.

By default, affects the following abilities:
  • Rapid Fire
  • Chain Shot
  • Bondmate Dual Strike

can be configured to also affect mod-added abilities, if you are able to identify one causing a problem.

@Mizruti

I don't think I understand what this does other than it can potentially reduce lag. But I guess that's all that matters, so I subscribed! Great job. :P

"If the first shot destroys terrain in such a way that you lose visibility of the target (ex. shooting the floor out from beneath them), the followup shot will not fire. consider yourself warned." This is actually more realistic so I don't see it as an issue!

Don't use this with LWOTC because LWOTC already fix this

as others said. should have been in base game, but leave it to modders to fix the game better than devs. Thank you for this!

Why this wasn't standard at base I don't know. Auto Include, thank you ♥️

Honestly, I find the “potential issue” to be a a sensible fix on its own,

Thanks for taking the torch. Instant Core Collection material.
