Theory of Population Malthusian Blade 3.3.*

Description
This module is the version 3.3.* and later updates of Theory of Population Malthusian Blade. The general function is unchanged, but the opening slider option for population growth is locked.

Modify the population growth mechanism to make it more reasonable:
1. Removed the slowdown in growth caused by the total population of the empire
2. Removed the slowdown in growth directly caused by the number of people
3. The surplus housing and comfort of the planet will increase the environmental carrying capacity.
4. The stability and comfort of the planet directly affect population growth. If one item is too low, it will slow down population growth and increase population migration. Housing, employment, and crime rates will affect stability and comfort.
5. Modified population synthesis facilities, including robot assembly plants, spawning pools and clone warehouses. Now they are no longer restricted to one building per planet.

Modified the empire scale mechanism to make it more reasonable:
1. Reduce the size of the empire caused by various sources.
2. The size of the empire exceeds the upper limit of management and no longer will result in technological punishment.
3. The size of the empire exceeds the management limit, which will lead to an increase in the crime rate of each planet in the empire.
4. The bureaucrats and manager jobs will consume unity maintenance, and the administrative office building will replace half of the administrative positions with media workers to produce unity.
5.The priest jobs generate a small amount of administrative capacity.

大佬,在排查mod的时候发现这个mod会导致蜂群思维的催化加工失效,连岗位都会消失,在单开mod的时候岗位会消失,不过用大佬的合集的时候只是会失效,岗位还在但是还是消耗矿物,

熟練技工崗位存在但無人上工、調整優先權也無效,根據前面的評論,是不是近幾個版本的新增職業有特殊機制?或者可能其他模組和本模組並用時導致崗位問題?

开启此mod后,商人岗位消失了,禁用此mod后,商人岗位恢复正常
