Description
Raiizy's Forge is a large weapon pack, adding 400+ unique guns with custom spritework, randomized colors and ability to actually dye a lot of them!

Find the weapons at:
-Your shiplocker, (new chars only)
-Weapon chests,
-Other chests, sometimes even crates,
-A new merchant tenant! Put a crafting station into a housing you would use for a merchant, and the gun dealer shall appear!
-Vault guardians.

I'll be sure to update this and add more weaponry in next updates!

Recommended mods to use while playing with this:
-Betabound - adds a lot of Beta content back and improves it, works well as a general content expansion
-Project Knightfall - adds a lot of guns and armors, my mod has several Knightfall-themed weapons so it will fit well
-Shellguard - adds a lot of guns and armors too, as well as a large questline
-The Starforge - i help with this mod, it adds guns with similar style, a lot of new monsters & enemies to fight, dungeons to explore and quests to complete
-Starbound Weapon Overhaul Complete - makes vanilla procedurals good
-Black Armory - adds a lot of armor, guns and furniture
-Arcana - adds a lot of everything
-FutaraDragon's Fullbright Shader - adds fullbright bits to some of my armor
-Green's Dye Suite - my mod adds a little more colors into it under "Raiizy" tab, including some colors from KF and Starforge, and dyes from this mod work on my guns
-Corporate Expansion: General Munitions Co. - badass military themed furniture, and adds guns too

Lyrthras - making the multimuzzle script, making Volker AR's suppressor alt work, fixing Stock Bash
Silver Sokolova - letting me use her long tooltip from Shattered Alchemy, making pump shotguns spawn shells when pumping, helping me add custom weapon types without breaking inventory mods, letting me yoink Nova Cleaver projectile from Betabound, making EMG pistol fire even when energy is depleted, making guns dyeable, telling me how to alter the projectile's sprite without actually touching the file and telling me how to change a sound's volume without touching the sound effect
Omeruin - helping me fix casings on altfires that use casings(though im not using these much in favor of more realistic firemode switch), and making treasurepool patches for me (basically making the mod release much sooner than it would've been), helped me figure out masks for headwear
Nebulox - Protectorate AR sprite polishing, BFG projectile script, Heavy weapons debuff script, Eraser script, Throwable item scripts
C0bra5 - making the flamethrower alt script
Malorne - assistance with polishing D2016 Plasma Rifle sprite
Mae - creating Weapon Overhaul, that's where I grabbed inspiration from (weapon sprites) and that's where I learned a few cool things from too
OG Koopa - giving me funny halo 5 sounds for Penetrator and Krager
MonitorMono - the idea for Hammer Munitions
Frykas - Weapon Workbench crafting interface
eXyter - Laser projectile
Patman - Old BFG script

yea theres logic applied to that
vanilla guns are all either caseless or energy which arent as loud
my guns however are meant to be using actual cased ammo, and those guns are loud as hell

the gunfire sounds are a bit too loud and drown out other game audio.

yeah, theres plenty of non AK/AR guns in the mod already but i do plan on adding more
even though sig 500 series are just fancy AKs lmao
Hammer Munitions already does an AR15 style gun, but just one, it's the Liberator i think, im not very good at remembering things

So question: considering Hammer Industries is your own thing, afaik, if there was a RL equivalent to the Tsar series what would that be?
Curious since I sometimes comes across the Knyaz which is said to being the unholy lovechild of both the Kalashnikov and Tsar series.

Digging this mod btw, looking forward to future stuff. Would love to see some other non-ak and non-ar irl weapons like the VHS-2, the Sig 500 series or even an AR equivalent to the Tsar (like Minutemen as an example name) but i'm sure you'd have a backlog of other things you want to release.

They are all intended to be ballistic, so no. I do have plans for some elemental weapons in the future, though.

Just wanted to throw a request/suggestion, maybe as an optional patch or something. I tried to find ways to manually add elements to your guns, but they all resulted in broken/generic-block items. Would it be at all feasible for you to release a patch that adds random-roll elements to your guns?

there has been a recent-ish update that added like 3 guns and included a gun that wasnt present in loot pools
