Improved English Localisation

설명
This mod aims to improve the text and dialogue throughout the game, both by correcting literally-unplayable typos and adding more dialogue for AI empires. In short:
- Fixing a ton of typos;
- Correcting innumerable instances of "planet" being used when the world in question is actually a moon;
- Adding new dialogue for empires, mostly based on civics and origins (Mechanists, for instance, might flaunt their experience with robots);
- The UNE and COM now use "UN" and "Commonwealth" as their respective adjectives, rather than "Human" for both;
- The nine standard planet classes now clarify, in their descriptions, whether they tend to have more food, minerals, or energy.

Should be compatible with virtually all mods. Let me know if you see any text in the game that looks off, vanilla or with this mod, and I'll fix it.

Strangely, the issue only started AFTER I added your mod, and I have the mod low in the load order. It may interact with another mod, but I'm unsure what. It might be interacting with Merger of Rules, as that is the only mod that I can think of that is below this mod that could be causing problems. All other mods below this mod are patches and things like Merger of Rules and Universal Resource Patch.

@Khepri The names seem fine on my end, try disabling your mods one by one and see what happens?

Hello There, that bug that was described by Silverheart97, the one with the nameless random empires? it appears to be back, at least in my case. I have the mod very low in my load order, close to the bottom just before my patches, and all the random empires of my last game were generated without names. I played that game yesterday by the way, so the mod might need to be updated to 3.9.2.

In Fear of the Dark human Origin, this mod will cause the new human commune on the Haven to have wrong country name
