I am trying to build a bunch of Flagship Store growable assets based on nice-looking real-life store buildings around the world (well, it seems most of them are in Ginza) -- I especially love blocky ones with cool facade that embodies the style of the brand. I think there are always a few of those in most big cities. I imagine almost everyone uses the First Person Camera mod to poke around their city, so whilst my models are not awesome skyscrapers, hopefully they can add a little spice like when you turn a corner and you see a recognizable store like you do in real life : )

I'm actually not a fan of luxury goods but it seems that the big brands do often have great architecture. Whether you like their products or not, I think they are everywhere and seeing them in my city does make it feel more realistic.

I myself tend to play the game as close to vanilla as possible and prefer assets that do not require mods or props -- and assume other users also like the same. That's why they are all growables instead of unique buildings because I think it offers more flexibility (you can have more than one without mod; they contribute to your economy instead of requiring maintenance and do not arbitrarily increase happiness levels). I think most people prefer unique buildings just because they are ploppable, and I would recommend the Find It mod if you prefer to plop these.

If there are any nice building you would like to see, please leave your suggestions in the comment below! I would love to check out some cool architecture or maybe buildings which I may not know of, even if as a newbie modder I may not be able to really build it myself but I'll try! : )
