New Heavy Weapon - War Hammer

Adds: A new heavy weapon called the War Hammer.

- Deals less cut damage than a Fragment Axe, but deals more Blunt damage.
- Has slightly less Blunt and Cut damage than most polearms.
- It's heavier than a fragment axe.

- It can be found on many of the characters that carry a Fragment Axe.
- It can be bought at all the stores that sell Fragment Axe
- Increased the vendors capacity at said stores, to account for the increased number of possible items to pick from to generate their inventory. Basically, it should feel the same as vanilla, so don't worry about it :)


Custom model made by me. I only spent 3-4 hours making this one, but I think it turned out pretty good, and has some detailing, as to not be a plain round or square hammer. I may touch up the uv mapping(texturing), but otherwise I think it turned out pretty good.

I didn't spend much time on balancing this one, let me know any suggestions you may have!
Let me know what you think about the balancing. Suggestions to make the weapon over-powered will be ignored. The aim is to balance the weapon for playing with vanilla weapon balancing.(Like most weapon mods)
