Fellheim Estate Dawnguard Free

This is the Dawnguard free version of the original Fellheim mod
--------------------------------------------
Welcome to the Fellheim fortified estate. A medium/large (not so lore friendly) player home situated near Ivarstead. To get to the estate you have to head north and follow the river until you come across a bridge which leads to the estate. The gate can be opened with a pullbar which is on the wall to your left (right next to the pillar inside the entryway).

The house is equiped with all the workbenches you might need. But the most are hidden away in the renovated Dwemer ruins below Fellheim.The entreance to these secret chambers is hidden in the main house. However the basics for sharpening and improving can also be found in the gatehouse / baracks.
To acces some areas you need the Fellheim master key wich can be located on top of the counter in the kitchen (as seen on the screenshot). One of these area's is the escape tunnel which leads to the base of the mountains.


Here is a description of what you'll find.

Inside.
- 1 maid
- 1 steward / merchant with plenty of gold.
- a dining / livingroom
- a kitchen
- a Master bedroom
- a cellar with a small armory and servant quarters.
- weaponracks and dummy's

Secret chambers.
- Everything needed for smithing.
- Alchemy station.
- Enchantment station.
- Plenty of displays and dummy's
- A vault.
- And a prison

Outside.
- 4 guards who patrol around the entrance (they are also avaible as followers)
- guard baracks / gatehouse
- a watchtower with a view
- a garden with alchemy ingredients.
- a couple of chickens.

Everything is fully navmeshed so you can bring in your own followers.
The chests are safe to store your items.

There are no other mods required but i recommend: Amazing Follower Tweaks.

And the spouse to custom house mod if you want your spouse to live here. It can be dowloaded from nexus.
