In regards to the terrain thing, you can fix that by using building anarchy and making sure "flatten terrain" is toggled OFF every time you place it.

When placing in a body of water, then alter the terrain near it, it kinda creates a large square platform under it, above sea level..
But my money is on that its mods that screws this asset up rather then a faulty asset in its self.

So dont worry to much about it

This asset is amazing, however it messes up the terrain time to time since it is a "floating" building.
