But my money is on that its mods that screws this asset up rather then a faulty asset in its self.

Fascinating, under what circumstances does this effect appear? (just out of curiosity, I fear I can't change the game mechanics :D )
Both are Workshop items: Search for "floating", they appear on the first page.
Models of moss and green water plants would be nice too to compliment this beautiful mod.
