I found the problem it seems to not work on the 64bit version of the game so im happy but also crying

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\addons\ , then look for steven_universe_roamingeye_tardis_rewrite_extension_949417361 and delete it
