will you add a toggle on and off so you can remove the headcrab off SPECIFIC zombies? for example, i wanna disable the headcrab only on the fast zombie, not everyone else.

actually useful for when i want to make shit NOT in the HL universe.

can you make one that doesn't remove the headcrab NPC (but doesn't drop it when a zombie is killed or show on the zombie)

I added Left 4 Dead common infected and Infected Citizens models to the skin randomizer to add more variety, but the bodygroups and model skins aren't being randomized

Should have bodygroup and model skin randomization for custom models

@max shadow you can just hold c and right click the hl2 zombie and go to they're bodygroups

you can already do this by right clicking the zombie and remove the headcrab on body groups

the fast zombie reverts model from skin randomizer when killed.

when I save the zombies their bodies appear kinda invisible and headcrab just floats on invisible body. and the rest of the body is sometimes just T-posing somewhere

why would you remove headcrabs from the game, they are moderately epic

i found a minor conflict, headcrabs plus has an option that allows zombies to infect people instead of headcrabs however the headcrab body group is enabled on sleeping infected, is there a way to make that body grouped headcrab invisible?

Umm... I don't remember which options were available in the settings menu, but there should be one called Skin Randomizer or something like that. Disabling it should get rid of the custom models. You can also use the console command ahr_enable_reskin 0

Because it would go great with this mod because you will only see human blood while killing zombies,

Say I hate to be that guy because I see you said that you were no longer interested in messing with this mod. But do you think that sometime you could work with the guy who made the BSmod? The addons conflict a little bit because the reskinned zombies have buggy appearances, like you can see the old model of the reskinned zombie underneath of the one you saw first.
It kinda kills the vibe for me, but I also understand when an author wishes to stop working.

I'm pretty sure I tried, but it's not easy. The mod essentially detects when a headcrab spawns, and deletes it. But I couldn't find a way to know if that headcrab spawned because a zombie died, or because it was spawned by the player or the map. Also, I'm not working on GMod modding anymore.

Make an addon that just removes headcrabs from the zombies, not the entire game.
