@everyone MSC main removed binary stars, and thus is the same as this version now. this is now depreciated and i encourage everyone to switch to MSC main :)

yup. 2.0.2 is out, so vanilla has settled down. im gonna get msc main up and running, then it should only take a few minutes to seperate out the modules and update this and binary :)

AFAIK works ok, but im waiting until after 2.0 due to expected modding chaos due to the changes. im gonna update everything after it drops

nope sorry. rouge planets are only for the main mod for now. once i stabilize the event that spawns them (which will come ~1 week + X days of frustration) i will have a seperate module for them. that module will be compatible with both sub mods as well :)

Running into a really weird issue with this version of the mod; any primitive empires that spawn around stars from this mod don't have any empire name. The normal version of MSC doesn't have this issue, though, and it's not a mod conflict because I tried a game with only this mod active and ran into the same problem.

might want to just restart at this point. removing the stars defaulted all systems to K and wont look right at all. plus binary systems would still exist. sorry for the issue

I just saw huge binaries and it totally did not look right, and so I had to uninstall that D:
Now that system is without a star and it looks totally messed up. Mah immersion tho... :(

Anyway, trying this mod now.
