That's because this mod hasn't been updated in three years and as such is horribly out of date. It is, in fact, "pining for the fjords".

Subscribing to this has frequently caused a exit -> crash before I even get to see the game menu
So I dont trust it - looks like none of you down there do either

Things unchanged
Juggernaut unsupported (I do NOT think Juggernaut needed it, because it's special nature of characteristic)

Carrier computer unsupported (For Carriers, use [Balance] Carrier : Evasive Maneuver https://sp.zhabite.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2040900726 this mod that provides better solution. Those mods change things different ways so will not conflict each other. Just use "Default" for any ship using Carrier computer, then everything will work fine.

Things improved

revive advanced NO AI computers (I used year 2017 version of original mod downloaded from a Russian archive site (Those may works different from up-to-date vanilla computers, but I think non of them will cause serious trouble)

Titan support (using same computers of Battleship)


Add 3 tactical behaviours like [Balance] Carrier : Evasive Maneuver

Backline 120, 150, and 225: Those have no icon with broken name (like ai_behaviour_backline_120) but will work fine. (because I'm not properly a modder, I have no intention to add corresponding icons and names.)

I used your txt file and it seems to be working fine for 2.6
I made a sniper battleship and a "charge" ai. It charges toward the station.
Thus, I guess it is working fine.

I can confirm I encountered the same bug that @hypersot is reporting WRT being unable to build Science, Construction or Colony ships with this mod active in 2.5.1.

Just want to verify that this, indeed, doesn't work with 2.5.1

I did some cleanup of my mods, kept only some basic ones along with this one. While the option to use various flight patterns was there, there were some problems with other parts of the game like, eg. nothing available to build on the starbase except the basic fighter (ie. no science, construction or colony ships)

There was a mod that I can't find, but am looking for that added something like this, but it was a button added to the fleet menu [of the individual fleets], and I CAN'T FIND IT, so if someone does find it please put it here.

Sly Sloth - The original author has retired from Stellaris modding, so I doubt he cares even a tiny bit. We’ve integrated this mod directly into NSC2 if you use that mod.

I hope this mod is one day updated, not other stellaris mod does what this mod offered, I know I have tried them all trying to find a mod to simple let me set egagement ranges for ultra long range weapons like this mod did, and the escort computer is amazing for setting up pure PD ships to escort you others.
