Id really like to see that, or teach me how to do so i can give something to the comunity!
Making settlement should be similar to making dungeons, the difference is it's located around the world and have people living on it. There's an useful tutorial here: http://starbounder.org/Modding:Tiled
The mismatch would cause the mod race to default to the human ship, and anything added shipwise from this mod or any mod would not be reflected, as the data would be added/edited as intended, but would never be referenced due to the typo.
This bug spans more broadly than just my mod, but as I was fixing my own, I just happened to notice this, and wished for the author to know my discovery to avoid/eleviate any frustration for them and their subscribers for this race.
Just looking out is all!
While working on my 99 crewsize mod for race mods, I have came across a discrepency with your data, particularly concerning your ship. In your "/universe_server.config.patch", your filepath is "/ships/insectoid/insectoidtX.structure". However, your "/ships/insectoid" structure files are named "insectoidTX.structure". The letter "t" is the culprit, and must be exact. This mismatched naming prevents the respective ship from being used, and any other problems regarding your ship (in using/editing).
I hope this resolves any issue regarding your races' ship, and am looking forward to the update!
-pC, with <3
/statusSettings/appliesWeatherStatusEffects defined as either true of false
This crashes the worlds and forces the player back to the ship.
Unfortunately I need to unsubscribe until this is fixed.
While you're at it, please delete that stupid BOB spam from your page.

Don't know how Steam screwed up the comment order, but I guess it did.
