This is nice. I have created the East San Gabriel Valley map and Irwindale is on the map. This station will go very well.

about that conicedence there using it as a backup due to recent accident involving the older metro models

I’m happy that you care about that stuff so much, but I’m not sure where the problem is. No-one ist talking about LA Expo, are we? And like I said, in my opinion the P3010 is very very accurate. Find someone who uses that amount of detail like Tim The Terrible does. And the windows’ size seems fine to me. 


And at least I really don’t care which Pxxxx model is used on which line, as long we don’t use 3rd rail trains… :P

hope you know that LA expo is short for los angeles expostion metro systems which are a set of systems such as the goldline. Expo Line and La expo Transit are two completeley different things. DO YOUR RESEARCH PROPERLY

@esparza6891: My textures are based on official drawings, I can't do any better than that. Also, the P3010 is definitly used, as stated in the Expo Line wiki [en.wikipedia.org] and the fact that the P3010 was purchased specificly by the LA Metro Company to serve the new Expo Line.

Hey thanks for letting me know. 
The problem is I haven’t designed the P3010, TimTheTerrbile did. But I think his model is great too. Perhaps not a 1:1 replica, but very accurate.

About the light rail. We decided to chose the metro category because the in game trains represent more the international railway and trams are more for smaller cities, with tracks on the streets. For trams the LA metro system is definitely too big.
But as soon as the overhaul metro mod provides catenary, the LA metro stuff will be published.

also the expo line doesmt use the P3010

i live in LA and have ridden in the P3010 and to be honest the windows on this thing need to be a bit bigger and this Light Rail train only has One stretch of rail where it is underground and another above the ground on a bridge i think this should be realeased also as a light rail

Yes I have to admit that I’ve got a bit impatient too lately. But consider that we all doing this in our free time und creating assets/mods takes a lot of time. But I’m sure that there will be an update soon.

The situation is as follows: I’ve finished four LA metro stations. But I have to wait until the catenary style tracks will be released for MOM. Then, TimTheTerrible will publish his P3010 too I think.

@TheBeastGamer_101 This is the P3010 by @Tim The Terrible. He will publish it for metros. I know, the pictures show train tracks etc. I didn’t have access to metro overhaul mod at the time I released those props.

Joak how did you get the light rail train that is shown in the backround of the prop pictures?

@Joak If it's a light rail then make it a tram station please :) Trams have caternaries :) And make rolling stock as trams too. But please just don't promote 'metro'trains/'tram'trains. I want to talk to @Tim The Terrible about that too.

@BloodyPenguin Hey :) I’m sorry, it will be released for trains soon. Actually, this is a light rail line and not a metro (I know the company name says metro…^^). And Tim The Terrible already created so much stuff, like detailed track textures and original Expo Line catenaries. The overhaul metro does not have catenaries… But if there is the possibility to have an overhaul metro with catenaries one day, there will be versions for it too.
But I promise you, I’m going to create some other stations, exclusively for the overhaul metro mod :)
