I'm currently inactive with Starbound modding but if I do get around to it, I'll absolutely make the hairstyles accessible by both males and females.
Went ahead and tested my mod in the newest update and everything appears as they should.
Happy hunting!
I should be able to, yes. I’m not sure how updated I will be keeping it however since this mod will take top priority. If I do upload a version without beaks, I’ll inform you here.
Fixed it so now male Glitch get their respective hairstyles.
If there are any issues, please let me know and I'll get on it as soon as possible.
Have fun!
Thank you so much. You've no idea how big of a smile that gave me.
I'm not sure what you have planned next, aside the thumbnails and etc, but I'm looking forward to what else you have to offer! ^^
good lord are those preview thumbnails horrid. Definitely something to work on.
...And of course I have no idea what the changes are :D
It's been a while since I actually made this update, I just held off from uploading it to Steam. A few new hairstyles, and fixes to the appearance of some older ones (nothing major, just tweaks. I think).
I'll include a patch to fix whatever past me messed up in the Glitch code (hah...) hopefully within 24 hours.
Sorry for being so inactive. I'll try to update this mod when I can, but for now there's no telling when or how big, if I even do.
Thanks for your time guys, have fun!
You're right, it is a bit funky. I'll try to fix it up as soon as I can, thanks.
If not, I understand regardless.
That's odd. I've had a look at the hats seem to work fine. Maybe try checking if your game is in working order?
Go to your Steam library, right click Starbound then go Properties>Local Files>Verify Integrity of Game Files.
If you're still having this issue, could you please list the hats which you're having problems with and i'll take a look at them.
Hmm... Are the hats from mods or are they vanilla?
Thank you for helping him.
I wouldn't be sure. Either way, I don't think I'd be able to help you with this. I'm not that experienced with coding.
Unfortunately not. Not that I know of anyway. Sorry Nyan.
It should be compatible with any and all other mods. AMP simply adds additional hairstyles to the game, it does not overwrite anything.
In short, yes, it should.
Thanks, you too.
And good luck.
I'm back from the ocean of sleeping modders. Well, not entirely unfortunately...
I'm really sorry for not getting back to all of you about updating this mod (or any of my others) and I know there are a LOT of things I never really got around to doing.
So, my motivation really hit the fan over the past... half a year? As a result, I kept a lot of you guys waiting around for an update which hadn't come out (and still hasn't to this day). I'm so sorry. Although I do want to pick this mod back up from where I left it, I just don't have the motivation required to do so.
In short, I think this is it for AMP until I find myself playing Starbound again (as I almost always try modding when I do).
Again, I'm really sorry that I didn't come back to update this mod. Hopefully I'll come back to finish what I started, but in the meantime,
have fun all!!!
Thank you for responding to ♥Festive Chara♥ for me.
Thanks, yo
Alright, so this may take a while to find the source of the problem. I'll have a look at it as soon as I can and will get back to you about it once I have.
Ah, I see.
Would you be able to give me a list of the mods which revert certain features of Cutebound? I'll take a look and see if I can sort it out.
Cutebound suffers from an issue like any other large mod: Adds a lot of content doing a lot of things, but you can't choose what content you really want to add.
Amongst all the good features there is the less liked feature type of changing the basic appearance of races, for example changing the Avians into Harpies.
So as a response, modders began making small addons to Cutebound that return these modified races to resemble their natural appearances.
Such mods never worked for me and i never knew why. With the help of a modder who made one such mod, we found out that this mod in particular conflicts with the reverting mods. I've yet to find out what is the reason behind it. My bet is maybe the beaks in this pack? Or some of the hairstyles? Maybe this mod just overwrites that mod? Dunno.
Aw. Thank you. It's great to hear that such a small mod is being enjoyed by people such as yourself.
Which mod is conflicting with this one? This is a standalone mod meaning that it shouldn't be conflicting with anything unless some of the files are using the same names.
