PROTO SOL
-Missions to stabilise Theia and Planet V (Phaeton)'s orbits, preventing the formation of the Asteroid Belt and Hadean Impact and by result allowing for terraforming the two planets.
-Terraforming Theia will make pre-FTL Theians spawn in Sol
-With Solar Manipulation mod, increasing the sun's mass will make Venus, Mars and Earth habitable, like in our timeline.
(And what about the (lack of) leader traits for the prescripted empires? It's not a critical bug, but it feels like an oversight since it's out of line with vanilla empires, plus it causes the aforementioned awkward situation where the ruler immediately (upon a new game) has a trait pick available but the options may be useless for councilors—unlike the traits available during empire creation.)
Is it normal to spawn in a nebula? I did once with Nuclear Sol and thought it was weird, but maybe it's vanilla behavior that any system can spawn in nebulae.
The inclusion of Phaeton in Proto Sol is weird since that's not the prevailing theory (and the makeup of the belt in fact disfavors that theory); it should realistically stay an asteroid belt in that initializer.
Lastly, I think the "ice age" terminology in the description should be changed to "glaciation" and "snowball" (e.g. "Snowball Sol" instead of "Ice Age Sol"), because if Earth is an arctic planet then it wouldn't be during the Pleistocene (what is commonly what's referred to when mentioning "Ice Age"—not cold enough) nor during an interglacial of an ice age. I guess your wording feels problematic because "during Earth's Ice Age" implies only one ice age happened, and the one ice age most people think of wouldn't have Earth as arctic. Could specify what ice age/glaciation the mod represents?
Some feedback:
Saturn's texture is bad—as in it has a big seam, the shadows are blocky and low-res, and the upper part facing the Sun has no detail with how bright it is.
The ruler titles for Venusian Enterprises is broken; it shows up as "PRESCRIPTED_ruler_title_female_venusian 1" for Mothra.
It's weird that none of your prescripted rulers have a preset ruler trait; as is, when you start you're given a random trait pick for them, but you may be given options that aren't suitable for rulers/councilors.

I'd find it funny if the proto Sol's Earth could be terraformed with the current continents. (Obviously requiring the correct Earth tag.) Millions of years too early but how would terraformers know?
Ocean Earth could have one more variant, a variant where Earth has cooled off, but continents have yet to form, and so life is, as a result, microbial, due to not enough time passing for animal life to form.
Cambrian Earth could also have arthropods as possible sapients.
And a bonus idea:
Purple Earth, a version of Earth where plant life took up to using retinal as opposed to chlorophyll, and in this scenario, retinal dominated over chlorophyll. This is based on the Purple Earth hypothesis.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Purple_Earth_hypothesis
Pangaea Earth, with sapient dinosaurs or crocodiles
Pangaea Ultima Earth, with sapient mammals, humanoids (not including humans), insects, reptiles, avians, molluscoids, or aquatics
Ocean Earth, with sapient aquatics. Either the core has frozen over, ending volcanism and eroding the continents, or there is not enough oxygen in the air yet for permit land life. Both are possible scenarios.
Grey goo Earth, randomized portrait resembling any given portrait possible. Sapient. No life remains.
Machine Earth, Earth got overtaken by machines and they have turned the planet into a Ecumenopolis. Can use any machine portrait.
Overgrown Earth, Earth is overtaken by large swathes of fungus or plants. Sapient plantoids and/or fungoids are present.
