Oh nice! ^^
Star-X  [author] 17 May @ 11:48am
Doesn't delete the mechanic, just adds all vanilla items to the regular shop, IIRC.

Obviously mods that add more featured stuff aren't covered by this mod, but I'm 99% sure they won't conflict, as the mod just adds all of the featured items to the standard pool.
Kinsect 16 May @ 5:29pm
Does this actually delete the "featured furniture" mechanic in Froggs Furnishing?
cause I use a Many Frogs that reworks it and it can't work if there's a mod that removes the rotation featured item.
404_coffee.exe 15 Mar, 2023 @ 4:02am
this makes things easier to buy stuff so thank you for making the mod
Prodigy 18 Feb, 2023 @ 3:21pm
I am gonna need to figure out how this all works.
II-DrGmetzel-II 12 Jan, 2023 @ 11:53am
Does it really include all current furnitures from Frögg Furnishing?
ŔĘÜŠŠ(´・ω・`) 26 Nov, 2022 @ 1:11pm
Oh, I see, that's sad to hear
Star-X  [author] 26 Nov, 2022 @ 12:48pm
Oops.

Tbh I haven't mucked with the Starbound mod uploader in YEARS, as it still AFAIK doesn't work on Linux.

Seeing as how I no longer have a Windows install on any of my PCs outside of a crummy VM, I'll just have to recommend using the DRM-Free google drive folder below and tweak priority as you see fit:

ŔĘÜŠŠ(´・ω・`) 26 Nov, 2022 @ 5:57am
This mod is incompatible with portable outpost, although patches for it persist in package.
This is a mod load priority issue, set it over 0 to fix.

Please do not break compatibility with my mod midway :) Thanks

Your mods are so miniscule, yet they help out a ton. Honestly? I only ever used your EverLana one, but since I'm really wanting to just PLAY starbound and mess around, I'll definitely be using all 4 of your Ever/Insta mods.
StendhalKnight 14 Dec, 2021 @ 6:11pm
@GreatWhiteLobster: It's not really necessary to install a mod for that, just scan every glitch/medieval furniture/object you see while exploring and you'll be able to craft most, if not all of them in the pixel printer, which is a T4 (aka durasteel) vanilla crafting station that lets you craft most placeable objects in the game using ONLY pixels.
Dutch Boy 14 Dec, 2021 @ 3:07am
Cool and handy little mod. Well done. I gotta ask a little favor though. Is there any chance you could get ole Froggo to sell medieval furniture? Doing a Glitch playthrough, and I'm vexed to find that I can't craft or buy medieval furniture. Or if you know of any other mods that do just that, point me in their direction; please and thank you.
SportyHeadShot 22 Apr, 2021 @ 12:31pm
Is this mod compatible with the mod that adds the Ikea Warehouse?
chaosMachinery 28 Jan, 2020 @ 4:19pm
me, getting this mod: ILL TAKE YOUR ENTIRE STOCK, FROGG
Star-X  [author] 12 Jul, 2019 @ 12:53pm
Actually I was wrong about the linux binaries staying intact; upon finishing downloading the Windows binaries the Linux binaries get deleted, and vice versa.

Thankfully it only deletes the binaries from THAT specific folder. Plopping backups into a separate folder within Starbound's directory, like say linuxbak, or win32bak, or win64bak, keeps them intact, meaning when it's time to swap again you just paste them back into the main binary directories.

In any case I just played for a few minutes and everything looks good. EverFrogg is working perfectly, in that it's identical to my local no-DRM copy, and Star Banners, a brand new mod I just uploaded, also works fine. So using Proton to run the windows mod uploader is officially an option :D
Azure Fang 12 Jul, 2019 @ 12:19pm
Makes sense. As much as I love to find any reason to complain about how lazy Chucklefish is some times, they did a good job splitting the OS-specific binaries into their own managed depots:
https://steamdb.info/app/211820/depots/

Glad you found a working solution.
Star-X  [author] 12 Jul, 2019 @ 12:16pm
Well preliminary results suggest it worked, unlike the manual approach I tried the file actually has the proper amount of HDD space used up. Will need to test on the Linux side later.

Interestingly enough, when I switched to the Windows binaries, it downloaded all of the Windows binaries, but left the Linux binary folder alone. I'm 99% sure that means switching is simply a matter of toggling Steam Play for Starbound, and once both sets of binaries are available switching should be painless, meaning expect further mods from me in the future now that I have a quick toggle available.
Star-X  [author] 12 Jul, 2019 @ 12:12pm
Doing a test update, will confirm if it works or not in a few moments.
Azure Fang 12 Jul, 2019 @ 11:46am
Worst case scenario, if you ever need a dedicated proxy uploader let me know. Wouldn't be the first time I've dnoe it :happymeat:
Star-X  [author] 12 Jul, 2019 @ 11:41am
The command line tool, as the Starbound upload tool is Windows only for some stupid reason.

That being said, I could temporarily switch to the Windows binary via Steam Play to see if that makes it work. I'll try that and see if it works.
Azure Fang 11 Jul, 2019 @ 4:01pm
Ugh, this is why Steam should allow primary authors to grant publish capabilities to contributing authors.

@Author
The issue you're having with publishing, is it from the Starbound upload tool, or do you use the Steam command line tool to manually publish?
D.A.R.K. 8 Jul, 2019 @ 9:49am
Thanks for the extra effort.
Star-X  [author] 8 Jul, 2019 @ 9:46am
FYI the reason for the lack of workshop updates is that Linux users have a much harder time uploading mods. Every time I tried it just resulted in a blank file with 0.0mb size, so the Google Drive link is in place due to that.
Star-X  [author] 8 Jul, 2019 @ 9:45am
Yes, but Egyptian style is missing from the Workshop version. Download the mod from the above Google Drive link and place it into your mods folder in your Starbound directory, instead.
D.A.R.K. 8 Jul, 2019 @ 9:33am
Does this MOD still work with 1.4 update?
Folly and Hubris 25 Jun, 2019 @ 7:47pm
Thanks for updating!
Guaraninho 25 Jun, 2019 @ 4:03pm
thank you for the update!
Star-X  [author] 25 Jun, 2019 @ 3:00pm
Also, FYI, none of the other mods in my collection are outdated right now. I double checked. The only items that MIGHT be covered by the new version, the Peacekeeper Augments for EverLana, are actually sold only by the Peacekeeper Station stores, meaning everything else remains future-proofed for now. It's just EverFrogg that needed an update to include the new Egyptian set.
Star-X  [author] 25 Jun, 2019 @ 2:56pm
OK, I just updated the Google Drive version, as the Starbound mod updater doesn't work on Linux. I recommend everyone to unsubscribe from the mod and just download it from the Google Drive link I'll be posting in the description. Pretty sure if you use both the workshop and non-workshop versions that the Workshop version will overwrite the non-Workshop version, so just use the updated one.
Star-X  [author] 21 Jun, 2019 @ 9:56am
So 1.4 added a new set to Frogg Furnishing?

Dammit. As I only use Linux now updating workshop mods is virtually impossible. I tried uploading a new mod, but it didn't work. So therefore the latest version, when I get around to it, will be on the Google Drive link below.
Guaraninho 21 Jun, 2019 @ 8:30am
Any chance this will get updated with the egyptian furniture set?
Kalysianne 12 Apr, 2019 @ 5:52pm
Thank you so much!
Star-X  [author] 12 Apr, 2019 @ 5:48pm
OK, DRM free versions of all my mods are now available through a google drive link placed in my collection above. Or just use this:
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B3HAGa3uc7oHSndHdGlSVFhlUUk?usp=sharing
Star-X  [author] 12 Apr, 2019 @ 5:28pm
Damn, just checked, my original mod data files were on Windows, and when I switched permanently to the Linux version, I uninstalled the game, which nuked my mods.

I will work on getting them extracted.
Star-X  [author] 12 Apr, 2019 @ 5:25pm
For the GOG version you mean? A few of my mods did get uploaded to my google drive account, but I've been kinda negligent in getting them uploaded. I'll take a look and see if I still have the original files stashed on my HDD somewhere. If not, I'll see about extracting the mod data from the pak files and upload em to Google Drive that way. Either way I'll get to work on it since Steam Workshop's a pain for nonsteam users.
Kalysianne 12 Apr, 2019 @ 4:39pm
Do you have a stand-alone version downloadable somewhere?
drkanbs 25 Mar, 2019 @ 11:26am
Thanks developer, I was under the impression it was supposed to supply everything..heh, tag specific, etc..
Star-X  [author] 25 Mar, 2019 @ 9:50am
Keep in mind, even in the vanilla game, that Frogg Furniture only sells sets specific to it.

The other sets are all from dungeons as you mention. Frogg just provides a bunch of specific sets unobtainable otherwise (outside of mods, of course).
drkanbs 24 Mar, 2019 @ 6:05pm
it doesn't seem to sell everything anymore. It sells a lot, but I'm finding myself having to find dungeons and towns and what not to get furniture I need or want anymore.

PyreStarite 25 Dec, 2017 @ 9:15pm
Sorry, Frogg does not sell christmas furniture, I was mistaken. There is a merchant that is supposed to show up at the outpost on christmas.
Star-X  [author] 25 Dec, 2017 @ 2:58pm
Wasn't aware Christnas furniture was sold from Frogg now. When I get back to my home city (visiting family in a small town atm), I'll see about how to set that up, if Frogg does indeed sell Christmas furniture during the holidays.
PyreStarite 25 Dec, 2017 @ 10:41am
Does this mod also include the christmas themed furniture?
Bitz 5 Nov, 2017 @ 10:07am
oh okay thanks for acknowledging it anyways
Star-X  [author] 5 Nov, 2017 @ 10:01am
@Smithy: That unfortunately is beyond my abilities for scripting and etc, as I would need to dynamically alter the base price of the featured furniture; this incidentally would alter the selling price and the pixel printer price as well. Honestly just pretend there's no featured furniture and it's all available.
Bitz 5 Nov, 2017 @ 8:34am
would be better if the featured furniture would have a discount.
Star-X  [author] 21 Sep, 2017 @ 6:37pm
Thank you for checking that. I'll add it to the description.
