Works on the latest stable for me. It should continue to work unless they change how you add hairs.

Anyone with the mod installed should be able to see it, anyone without will just see you as bald. To my knowledge, it does not have to be installed in the server, though you will get an asset mismatch.

It shouldn't crash, but others might see you as bald due to missing assets.

Great mod, otherwise, just wanted to say that some of the pixel of the hair are overlapping with the head near the mouth.
