There's actually a mod called "Play as NPCs" that adds her outfit!

Anyone with the mod installed should be able to see it, anyone without will just see you as bald. To my knowledge, it does not have to be installed in the server, though you will get an asset mismatch.

Great mod, otherwise, just wanted to say that some of the pixel of the hair are overlapping with the head near the mouth.
