I like it, very "nostalgic", reminds me of all the time (and quarters) I spent in arcades when I was a kid... lol.
I also like @Trustfall's suggestion of using an RT camera for the screens, I think it would be a nice "touch". I don't have all of those games, but I do have MK2 and could record some "video" for you to use on the screens if you are considering going the RT cam route...

Pardon me. Maybe my request would be a bit clearer if I gave some examples. A RT Camera texture displays the video form a camera. It is an easy way to put a moving image on a television like the Breencast in HL2 and in this video https://youtu.be/01_diRO1KrI

Could you add a RT Camera texture to the monitor? Having the option to show a RT Camera's output on the arcade monitor would be very useful for creating the illusion of a working arcade cabinet. Maybe it could be a body group so it could be turned on and off.
