Mr Miyagi had to close his karate business and opened this

@Sonderling: Yup, that was the inspiration for this for sure! ^^
Sonderling 28 Dec, 2019 @ 3:34am
what you call Miyagi Motors is the Volkswagen Company in Wolfsburg, Germany.

Still, a very nice asset and a regular in any of my cities.
Avanya  [author] 6 Oct, 2018 @ 2:17am
@ericchiang111: It will just not produce as much as it can when that's the case, but nothing else will happen. It can't be abandoned because it's a Ploppable RICO building, so you don't have to worry about that. With these I would recommend having a cargo station or cargo harbor nearby since they need a lot of materials (if you don't have one already).
ericchiang111 6 Oct, 2018 @ 12:34am
The factory alway shows not enough raw material. Will it affect the factory?
Marco 19 Jul, 2018 @ 5:40am
ok thanks for answer :)
Avanya  [author] 18 Jul, 2018 @ 12:44pm
@Marco: That is out of my control. The RICO mod determines that and those values aren't something we can change as asset creators (I can change little more than you see in the settings panel). I suspect production is tied to level, which is already max. So not really anything else I can do I'm afraid.
Marco 18 Jul, 2018 @ 11:48am
This buildings have to produce more goods.
Klopfer 2 Mar, 2018 @ 6:12am
thats what i mean... i can build them around the cargo station as i wish^^ thx
Avanya  [author] 2 Mar, 2018 @ 5:54am
@Klopfer: Well, as modular as something gets with 8x16 lots. :P You can have just one module or you can have 10 if you'd like. You can also put them together however you'd like or spread them out. But there are some limits ofc since the modules are fairly large and they're all level 3 so they want a cargo train station or habor nearby or they will complain. :)
Klopfer 1 Mar, 2018 @ 10:55am
is it completely modular?^^ so i can build my own factory in style i want to?
Roadmaster '93 5 Dec, 2017 @ 11:25am
that's great
Jones 27 28 Oct, 2017 @ 9:08pm
wait a minute a i know where that is
clbraun 16 Oct, 2017 @ 10:52pm
Thank you was looking for a large industrial complex and this seems to fit the bill perfectly!
Avanya  [author] 17 Apr, 2017 @ 1:42am
@Private Aye: Real life stole AJ3D's time, but it's still in the works. So one day it should arrive. :)
Private Aye 17 Apr, 2017 @ 12:21am
Was the power plant never finished for this collection?
Avanya  [author] 27 Dec, 2016 @ 9:29am
Thank you :)
Mandari 27 Dec, 2016 @ 9:26am
Perfect thank you... awesome assets...
Avanya  [author] 27 Dec, 2016 @ 7:34am
Make sure it has access to either a cargo harbor or cargo train station. They are all level 3 industry, so that's why they're fussy. Also make sure they have good fire coverage.
Mandari 27 Dec, 2016 @ 7:31am
Hi, awesome asset, one question though... whenever i place them it gives too few services warning, any ideas why... i have tons of services... anything in particular we should put ??
Constant B 12 Dec, 2016 @ 4:31pm
Not a silly thought: Avanya Aerospace! An aircraft factory complex to place next to an airport. That would be even better.
UniverseMasterer 11 Dec, 2016 @ 11:46pm
how about avanya motors?
just a silly thought
CheekiTrumpeki 4 Dec, 2016 @ 3:09am
Awesome collection.
Avanya  [author] 27 Sep, 2016 @ 5:06am
I forgot about that one - ty for reminding me :)
Sl4sh&D4sh 26 Sep, 2016 @ 5:56pm
http://sp.zhabite.com/workshop/filedetails/?id=637575199 Should be included in the collection, otherwise the car lot will be pretty empty.
Chamëleon TBN 1 Sep, 2016 @ 6:48am
I have no cities w/o your assets. Thank you for your great work!
Avanya  [author] 24 Jul, 2016 @ 1:55am
@Lot Creator: I'd never suggest moving mods anyway as you'd want them updated. This isn't an issue I have encountered myself, but the way Evil.Iguana described it, moving some assets to the local folder could help out there.
Lot Creator 23 Jul, 2016 @ 3:30pm
@Avanya It works-ish but there's a limit to how much/many mods you can do that. Assets aren't an issue and normally would work until your RAM overfills. Mods however sometimes require a specific place (the workshop folder) to work on, transferring them over usually requires a mirror file of itself for whatever reason. Mods like Paintable textures usually require the default folder. Up to the last patch (1.3.2 I believe) it was still possible to swap the folder this, but now it's quite a pain to run the mods. Right now with the fresh install every mod works flawlessly but I am unsure how to proceed with adding assets to avoid running into the same old problem.
Avanya  [author] 23 Jul, 2016 @ 3:20pm
@Evil.Iguana Have you tried running steam in offline mode or moving some assets to your local folder?
Evil.Iguana 23 Jul, 2016 @ 2:22pm
@Lot Creator At somewhere around 900 steam workshop subs the game crashes at the main menu. Seems like a lot but it goes pretty quickly.
Lot Creator 23 Jul, 2016 @ 11:46am
@Iguana Which is the limit right now? I have right now a fresh install but I don't know what the mod limit is presently.
Evil.Iguana 23 Jul, 2016 @ 9:35am
I'd love it if you could bundle these together in a single workshop item. For many people going a la carte lets them save memory, but for me the limitation is max workshop subscriptions. I'm right below the level where it causes the game to start crashing in the menu and subscribing to everything would put me over that limit.
M@rt.in 13 Jul, 2016 @ 11:17am
Great work! Some ideas: docking trainstation (did someone said car transport-wagons?), sidefactories (main building is only for assembly), testtrack, visiting center/museum. So many examples can be found; Ford in Genk (Belgium, closed factory), BMW in Munchen, Volvo in Gotenburg, MINI in Oxford, and so on...
StarKidPep 10 Jul, 2016 @ 7:39am
ok, thanks
Avanya  [author] 10 Jul, 2016 @ 1:32am
Not really. They're made to fit together in many different ways. :)
StarKidPep 9 Jul, 2016 @ 7:08pm
is there a specific layout for these?
Number One 8 Jul, 2016 @ 2:32am
Nice! A welcome addition to the generic industrial zones.
