For those who still play Stellaris 2.1: I created a new AI mod which is based on Glavius's work, but my mod goes much deeper and have a lot of unique features, leading to much better AI.
You can check proof of this and read detailed description here:

I have an idea for a slight dimorphism for the reptillian 6 portrait (the ones with the beard-like tentacles).

A simple one where the females don't have the beard-like tentacles and have smaller heads

:D
Puppet Master 22. Feb. 2018 um 16:20
There work with 2.0?
Krylia Viru 22. Okt. 2017 um 3:51
Should definitely work if done properly.
Krylia Viru 22. Okt. 2017 um 3:50
Hm. Makes sense. If it fetches info and name matches up, and workshop ID matches up, then, I guess that makes sense.
silfae  [Autor] 22. Okt. 2017 um 0:25
Thanks, I'll try it out.
Fervid Dragon 21. Okt. 2017 um 22:00
Hey silfae, I stumbled upon your discussion here and I just wanted to say that it is possible to update the name of a mod after you've posted it. I whipped up a guide with pictures to explain how to do it.
silfae  [Autor] 7. Okt. 2017 um 23:40
Yes, that is the issue.
Krylia Viru 7. Okt. 2017 um 22:42
There really is no good solution to the problem.
Ceruleanᴶᵒᵛᵉ 7. Okt. 2017 um 18:09
If it does get deleted, I would imagine someone missing it would think "hey where'd half of my dimorphism mods go," go look on the workshop and see half a dozen dimorphism mods on like page 1 or 2
Krylia Viru 7. Okt. 2017 um 18:06
You could just delete and reupload, but then you have an issue of people already subscribed and, yeah. FUN STUFF.
silfae  [Autor] 7. Okt. 2017 um 0:41
In retrospect I wish I did, unfortunately Steam Workshop is dumb and if I change the name it doesn't understand that it's the same mod.
Ceruleanᴶᵒᵛᵉ 6. Okt. 2017 um 19:49
(pls put "dimorphism" at the beginning of all of the titles)
straw_branch 5. Okt. 2017 um 12:44
P.S The reptile i mean is not the almost same tortoise look alike, i mean the one with four eyes and an exoskeleton(?) on it head with four eyes...
straw_branch 5. Okt. 2017 um 5:39
What about the reptile with the tortoise head like? the female could have a tail and only one pair of eyes... that would be good. Anyway thanks for your (essentials on my playthroughs) mods.
Prince Silvermane 4. Okt. 2017 um 19:08
Would be pretty good to remove the feathers on the Peacock portraits for female peacocks.
Professor Cupcake 4. Okt. 2017 um 4:07
... so y'know, that covers maybe 3 or 4 of the arthropoids.
Professor Cupcake 4. Okt. 2017 um 4:06
Also, male butterflies tend to be more brightly-coloured, whereas the females are usually quite plain. That'd probably be the easiest one.
Professor Cupcake 4. Okt. 2017 um 4:01
Spider males tend to be overall smaller, as well as proportionally thinner, than females. Perhaps that could be one of the factors for arthropod dimorphism?
JustADude 27. Aug. 2017 um 12:08
i dont even know how you could do arthropods, since gender differences would make them look completely diferent from each other
JustADude 27. Aug. 2017 um 12:07
arthropods would be cool, but reptiles might be easier i guess
silfae  [Autor] 27. Aug. 2017 um 11:33
Probably reptiles, although it's not really been decided.
JustADude 27. Aug. 2017 um 11:29
that makes sense. whats next, after mammals??
silfae  [Autor] 27. Aug. 2017 um 11:27
First I have to finish mammals, then I'll move onto the others.
JustADude 27. Aug. 2017 um 11:11
these are just as good, if not better, than the normal portaits!! please do more than just mammals though..
Really bad sound effects... 26. Aug. 2017 um 8:00
Love all these mods! Shame paradox didn't think to do this themselves
MansaMusa17 25. Juli 2017 um 18:19
theres a reptile dimorphism mod,for the dragon looking one,you should probably add it.
silfae  [Autor] 23. Juli 2017 um 12:58
It could be, but it's a long way before reaching Arthropoids...
Prism 23. Juli 2017 um 12:10
These are amazing! I was wondering, will you make a Dimorphism mod for the Arthropoid #2 portrait? (The species that looks like a cricket humanoid?)
silfae  [Autor] 23. Juli 2017 um 8:19
Eventually, it may be.
Kindjalz 23. Juli 2017 um 7:47
So will all species have dimorphism mods made here?
スカイ 9. Juni 2017 um 7:50
Can you make a mod adding dimorphism to the space peacocks? it's just weird that both males and females have plumage.
Niv 8. Juni 2017 um 17:44
will you be doing Reprilians any time? specifically the space aligators
Allon the Cookie Dragon 7. Juni 2017 um 21:38
These are really awesome and very welcomed to see! Thanks for the great mods. :)
Lapis 6. Juni 2017 um 7:59
They should hire you to make more portraits and edit the existing ones to add dimorphism. Seriously, these are good!
silfae  [Autor] 26. Mai 2017 um 14:09
Oh, I see.
Naesaki 26. Mai 2017 um 13:38
Sorry, should have just linked the image of them :s http://www.stellariswiki.com/Species#/media/File:Mammalian_massive_13.png I meant these ones. I couldn't really think how else to describe em xD
silfae  [Autor] 26. Mai 2017 um 11:51
I'm not sure which ones you are referring to, but I'm pretty confident I'll be able to cover at least all mammals eventually.
Naesaki 26. Mai 2017 um 9:40
Really love these, is there any chance you might be able to do this for the 2nd slot Mammals? the kinda bear-like ones.
Romm 23. Mai 2017 um 11:04
This is really nice touch vanilla misses. Hoping for more, inculding more variety for non-mammalians.
KentBrack 3. Mai 2017 um 13:57
Amazing work. Thanks alot for making these. I would love to see more :)
silfae  [Autor] 30. Apr. 2017 um 14:05
@baylesstyler We'll see if I can think of proper dimorphisms for as many sets as possible.
baylesstyler 30. Apr. 2017 um 13:40
Are you going to do all of the mammals, or just some?
And do you plan to do the others: reptiles, birds, bugs, etc.
Hanada 29. Apr. 2017 um 23:10
this is such excellent work, thank you
