Kondi has abandoned this mod, Mauretania Caesariensis has taken up the mantle since then.

Kondi's NSC pack is severely outdated, and it doesn't even support lithoid ships in NSC. You should try a latest NSC pack.

Generally works, but some issues with part of aquatic ships and new enclave stations in 3.4
That's because NSC rescaled all mod ships and base game ships at the same time.
