Great looking asset.
A problem with its white surface which doesn't look good if the ground is not 100% flat.

@Amberes
You might have the Realistic Population and Consumption Mod enabled (https://sp.zhabite.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=42616318) .
It limits all low residential buildings to one household.

Anyone having problem with this building that in game it is very bright and "too much white"?
Angelhearth 10 Jul, 2018 @ 12:50pm
I really wish you keep the RICO and growable apart. Having both in one means that it will pop up, as growable, when you just want the default buildings. :steamfacepalm:
Amberes 22 Aug, 2017 @ 5:40am
I just started using RICO.
The default household settings should be 8 but my building detail menu says there's only 1 household. (I activated RICO in one of my existing cities) I have no errors whatsoever.

When I try to adjust the worker/home count settings it does save the new settings but when I open up the detail menu of set building, the number of households remains 1.

@joeymozzer Very nice pictures, especially the pool!!! But now I really have to finish all the transport stuff I’m working on. My new Apartment Building is now online.

please :)

@joeymozzer
Hi, you encouraged me to create a modern 7 floor apartment building a bit earlier than I thought. :) Perhaps there will be the same building with 5 floors too. In the next few days I’m going to release it.

@joeymozzer That’s right. But I don’t think that I’m going to create 60/80s style buildings. Sorry. I have little time and a preference to modern buildings ^^
noobified 27 Jul, 2016 @ 2:19pm
Understandable, hope to see more residential soon. Good work you do. Do you plan on creating older style apartments? Maybe like 60s-1980s style? I think the game lacks those
Polygon  [author] 27 Jul, 2016 @ 9:39am
@joeymozzer Right now I’m having fun creating transportation assets. I have a taller building with that style in mind, but first I want to complete all the other stuff I’m working on.
noobified 27 Jul, 2016 @ 7:38am
Do you plan on making this style but in taller building? Maybe 4-8 floors?
noobified 27 Jul, 2016 @ 7:36am
Yea I think you are right, similar styles. Actually someone just reposted them
Polygon  [author] 27 Jul, 2016 @ 2:49am
@joeymozzer These aren’t my shops. I think you mean Ngon’s “luxury boutiques”. I don’t know why they are gone.
noobified 26 Jul, 2016 @ 8:56pm
What happened with your luxury shops?
Polygon  [author] 14 Apr, 2016 @ 7:25am
Thanks a lot :)
I am not using realistic population mod. I think this buildings are neither low nor high residential. But we have to choose and for me it’s more low residential…^^
But I am getting your point. I will consider changing it to high residential.
Sotrax 13 Apr, 2016 @ 4:16pm
You are really awesome my friend. :D
Well I use the Realistic population mod, that does that every low residential building only has one, maximum two households. If you would change it to a high res (which I think would be more realistic, since 8 households are not really "low res" :p ) I would be really happy! But thanks anyways!
Polygon  [author] 13 Apr, 2016 @ 12:54pm
I updated the buildings. A RICO version is coming later today :)
Sotrax 1 Apr, 2016 @ 4:39pm
But I would make even the RICO without the grass. But just my opinion. No hurry!
Polygon  [author] 1 Apr, 2016 @ 3:33pm
Yes you’re right. Like I said I’m going to make a RICO Mod version with my grass texture for placing the buildings like in my pictures above, and a growable version without the grass. It will definitely look better.
But you have to notice that then the dirt will be between the sidewalk and the game’s grass. There is no way to avoid it.
I really have very little time right now, so the update will last two or three weeks. Sorry.
Sotrax 1 Apr, 2016 @ 3:17pm
Well I would suggest to get rid of the grass. In the end it will look better, even if the normal grass on the map is not as dark green as yours. But it's better as this glichy thing we see here.
Polygon  [author] 1 Apr, 2016 @ 3:14pm
Jop I have thought about that very often. It will solve the problem, but I think my grass texture fits better with the building.
I’m using building themes mod. This allows that only these kind of buildings are growing side by side, like in the pictures above. So you will not have (or see) this grass problem.
When I finally have some time and added the ploppable RICO Mod version I think it would make sense to update the growable buildings without my grass texture.
Sotrax 1 Apr, 2016 @ 2:41pm
Why did you even model the grass at the back? Just leave it free so the building can adapt to the actual ground texture.
Polygon  [author] 1 Apr, 2016 @ 1:51pm
No it’s not intentional. Between grass and every building, tree, etc. the game is generating this dirty texture or whatever it is. The game does not know that the grass texture I used is grass…
I’m no expert, modeling is only a hobby for me. If someone knows a solution for this issue please tell me.

Very neat.
ButtJunkie 23 Feb, 2016 @ 10:08pm
These are really great, keep up the good work.
FourteenChief 23 Feb, 2016 @ 4:35am
Superb creation Joak. Level 5 low residential is correct imo. With Building Themes mod we are able to controll our districts. Well done
mistahlova 22 Feb, 2016 @ 11:13am
Very nice!
