I just noticed the other stats are the same as the default Fire Station which would be unbalanced too... And it unlocks quite a while after it which doesn't make sense either. The building cost is unbalanced, since the building Upkeep/car is between the 2 default fire buildings the building Cost should be too, for balance that would be 14089.5522388... My recommendation is to set the Cost to 14000 and the Maintenance Cost to 7075 (Upkeep: ¢1132/week) making the Cost and Upkeep/car exactly in the middle with the current 15 vehicles.
