A year and a half later, it's still one of my favorite buildings. Also, I love the color ;)

I love the model for this building. The only thing I don't like that much, its it's colour. Still, thanks for sharing it with us!

neufchâtel cheese, I updated this building. And I added LOD model+textures :)
Florence County, South Carolina 23 Jan, 2016 @ 4:43pm
The building looks very, very garbled from a distance. LOD fix?

templeofdoom.
Thank you very much. Your advices helped me a lot :))

@AliTarGZ - the key is using your photoshop program (or GIMP) to desaturate your model's Diffuse texture prior to loading into the game. For whatever reasons - the game's specular map "washes out" and makes things brighter. To counter act this - after you are done with your diffuse texture map - take the entire texture and desaturate the colors 10%-20% or so. You will have to play around with the values to your liking, but I ALWAYS have to desaturate my textures before putting them in game due to the specular effects the game applies.

Thank you. I'll try to do better and I will write more details about another models. :)
I agree that the building has turned bright green color. But that I have not yet figured out, as you have probably noticed that the brightness of the texture is different from that in the game.
I will seek a solution not to make brightest textures.
Thanks to all.

This looks great, well done AliTarGz! Just to jump in templeofdoom's comment, you will get more subscribers indeed by providing more details in your description. It doesn't need to be too detailed, but something like this (obviously the actual info below is made up just as an example for you).

Type : Unique Building level 6

-1178 Tris 1024*1024 tex res
-custom lod

Size: 9x7

Any other relevant ingame stats.

Keep up the good work!

AliTarGZ - Thank you! That's exactly what I wanted to know. I wanted to know if you custom made this building in a 3D program yourself. And if you did, I wanted to know what the model spec's were such as tri-count and texture resolution used for the textures (1024x1024 or 512x512). Your added picture post was exactly what I was looking for. Thank you and great model! :)
AliTarGz  [author] 22 Dec, 2015 @ 11:39am
I'm not sure that I understood correctly.
This model of the building, I came up and made himself. I used for this 3D editor Blender. And also I did textures in the editor Gimp :)
About 'size and the number'. What would you have in mind?
Sorry, but I don't understood.
I added 1 screenshot from 3d editor with polygon mesh and texture

Is this a custom asset? Can you provide the model & texture info? Sizes and numbers? Thanks! :)
