Try redownloading all the assets and the SBE mod. If that doesn't work, I don't know what will.

Make sure Sub Buildings Enabler is enabled.

For some reason. Some holes are cut in half. Especially the long holes

You can always remove the trees in the asset editor

Great collection, only downside is that the Conifer trees look a bit out of place in my tropical map. But I understand that this is based on a real life golf course in that climate zone.
