@AliceInDystopialand Well for one Saxony was a German state, we're not talking about The Anglo-Saxons

@Brezzy In My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\MODS\Sukritact's Events and Decisions, check out the file called "EventsAndDecisions_Settings.lua" - this has various settings including frequency of events

love these mods dude, but i dont think id be heard on the forum for the events and decisions mod because of its age, but i think that you'd be more familiar with it, is there a way to increase the probability of events or alter the settings of sukritact's events and decisions mod.

Has there been reports of problems with this Civ regarding the E&D events? Beyond playing with the newly revised Age of Coal & Steam mod, I haven't changed anything but it's the first time I've played this Civ (which I'm enjoying) although I noticed when getting a Carbinier from a city-state gift in a previous game, I couldn't upgrade it.

Anyway, none of the civ specific events have show up in the E&D screen.

I've tested a bit more. I have enough horses to cover all of the Guards, though some are acquired from trade. I happened upon an ancient ruin and it, fortunately, was an upgrade one, and the upgrade was to a landship. However, I still am unable to upgrade via interface with the Guard itself.

I am not running any other mods, and have not run any others at any point in time while playing this civ.

I hope this helps.

What does the Carabinier Guard upgrade to, please? I have the capability to create landships atm, but the game isn't giving me an option to upgrade to them, even though (as you know) that's the typical upgrade unit from calvary. I have oil, so that's not the issue (I assume). One thing, though, that is a tiny bit atypical is that I am -2 in horses (Catherine stopped trading after she took a different ideology than mine and, well, turned into typical Catherine). I never have had problems with upgrading calavary despite a negative value in horses (including UUs, like Comanche Riders).

@®BuckingFastard<nadz> Local Tourism. It calculates the amount each turn.

Could you (anyone that knows) including authors) help me out with this question before I play it?: Does half the OVERALL or of the LOCAL tourism contribute towards Wonder production in tjhe each city building a Wonder, and is the value/2 of the tourism the number of points each TURN or simply lumped into the overall prduction once? The reason I ask the final question is because I've had tourism per round of 500 before, so +250 tourism would be incredably awesome if you're the playing the civ, buy tetrrifying yo plsy agsindy, at least imho.. I hoipe I didn't offend anyone with this, and please forgive me if I did.

I really enjoyed playing this one. Great synergy between all the uniques. The only thing I'd suggest changing is the theming bonus on the Kunsthaus. Since it requires 3 works of art, make the bonus 3 instead of 2. Otherwise though, I loved pretty much everything about this civ.

I'll have an enjoyable time defeating him and his Saxon army.
