It doesn't really creates any problem except using up Net Nodes and Net Lanes and also Net Segments. I hit the limit and had to start deleting nodes, tried deleting this asset one by one and figured out the nubers easily.

You should find a way to fix that.

Hi ) is an autonomous entity and is not tied to the level as housing , it does not create problems Mauger ! By analyzing its modes )

Your asset creates a whole lot of nodes and segments and also lanes when placed. Heres a before and after comparison:
