Anyone else panning putting this in a Unique Factory district?....

ok it looks good but without ploppable rico (which interferes with levelups) it's hard to plan for it growing in the city, the steam is unsightly in a city block (where it usually spawns) and i have another car wash asset. great for ploppable rico users though

Anyway to prevent this from spawning 6 times on one street?

@Chaz - this company name generates game itself. So you can have OMV ofifce building which is called law firm or you can have industrial brewery/power plant which has name Frankies fishstick factory. You can always rename it :D
I have question related to building level - to have this building in my city I have to forbid it from leveling up by control level up mod right?

Oh alright. So for that process, in the ingame content manager update your mod and click the tiny folder icon in the bottom right of the large thumbnail preview. This will open a folder on your desktop containing a folder with the dll and the thumbnail called "PreviewImage.png" or "screenshot.png". Replace this image with your own, make sure it's not too large and has the exact same filename. The updated image should appear ingame (which is still running) and you'll be able to update the thumbnail.

So I use a mod that scales up the resoution of the game a bit (which helps with anti-aliasing). I also use an Ambient Occlusion mod. My filters are either "Oldish" or "Chewbot_TRUE!" Then for one of those screenshots I was using the isometric mod.

As far as actually taking the screenshots? You can either press F12 in game (this will save it out using the steam browswer thingy), or you could just press the print screen button on your keyboard and paste it to a photo program like Photoshop.

Once its in photoshop, I do very minor touch ups, slight S-curve adjustment layer, then vignette the corners with a dark purple multiply.

That's sooo nice :D But I have a question ... How can I make such custom images ... It would be so nice of you if you would help me ... :)

This is awesome. I think someone else made Walter White's house. Now I have to go look for an awesome ABQ map, a tented house, and a Pollos Hermanos.
