Asset creates problem with RICO Mod.

Solution is to unsubscribe this asset or disable RICO mod. But, RICO works fine with other assets.

Is there a way to fix this asset to go with RICO mod?

how many jobs do you guys think this building has if used for leisure? i try to keep the numbers as relaistc as possible. WG realistic pop mod says 1500 jobs i dont think thats right :)

@BoldlyBuilding. Using it with RICO will make it a hotel, or the tourist especialization has leisure too? Maybe make it a leisure instead of tourist?

This asset has been updated for After Dark. The high crime problem might also be solved, too. (I think it was because it had a high worker and tourist capacity.)

I think this kind of buildins did make another sort of crime... i will say like corruption.
Perhaps you have build the justice building to handle it with police?

I don´t know, but stadiums and other unique´s even have very high crime, surrounded by 2 police stations...

Maybe it was just my game, but this building had crazy high crime. I placed a Police HQ right next to it but no change. I have no one way streets. Anybody else? Very cool building though.

I love this building. It sits proudly in my tourist district. There's just one problem, criminals love it too: it consistently has the high crime notification despite being only a block away from a police station. Other than that, I think it's amazing
