Thanks for the great response! I am working on more parks/assets. But I dont want to flood the workshop with very similar creations. Each asset should offer something, at least somewhat, exclusive. Needless to say, it takes me a lot of time to create an asset that I am satisfied with ;) Next one is almost finished though...
