I've got an asset I've been working on for some time now, unfortunately I haven't had the time to get really into it. Working two jobs and taking some classes has got my time filled.

This is the growable version, it will grow on its own. If you download the ploppable version it should show up under landmarks/unique buildings

It's one of the stock high density upper level commercial buildings. I'm not sure which one to be specific but I haven't added any new assets in that category so it must be stock.
