@Wastingpluto533 - 1:1 Scale and 1:1.5 scales of unique building skyscrapers are available because some people are ademant about having 'real life size' buildings whereas others want buildings that look good with the rest of the high density growables. If I made only one of the scales, my inbox would be full of complaints to make the other scale, so I make both. You're the first person to complain about there being options available to satisfy everyone.

Nice unique growable. Most major cities in the US probably have a dozen or more of these smaller towers. Often used by colleges and high schools, and niche programming like foreign language, that sort of thing.

@jcolletta275, there are 47 licensed radio stations in Chicago alone. From what I can see, players mainly build large bustling cities, similar to Chicago. Therefore, a large number of radio stations can be realistic.

It would be better as a ploppable if you, like myself, like to keep some realism in your cities. In most countries around the world, the number of radio stations (or television stations, for that matter) in a given area is limited by government so as not to interfere with others. If these start building out multiple times in a city, it's not going to be very accurate to real life.

Couldn't disagree more about this being better as ploppable. Your choice of a level 2 office is *perfect* as far as I'm concerned -- not only does it make perfect sense gameplay-wise, but also seeing how offices are generally the most ignored growable type by the modding community (could stand having more just for variety-sake alone), while unique buildings and parks are literally everywhere.

Anyway, you did a great job on this and it looks great. Thank you for making and sharing it. :)

@erwinmoes19 - This is a level 2 office building. Under the assumption that you provide what your citizens demand, they will eventually replace this with a level 3 office, so your city won't be littered with radio stations.

Hello Hvalreki, I agree that it would be great to have other types of buildings as growable in the city. However, I think it might be better to do that with another type of building. Cities can only have so many radiostations :) If you make this ploppable I will subscribe. Keep up the good work!
