@Elias The problem is that the LoD should be around 100 tris. one side of those stairs is 2 tris, so one of those stairs alone means that it has 10 tris.

i could have tried some other things but all in all it seemed most efficient to just not show the stairs,, although i totally hear you, i would love to include the Stairs for LoD too but the game would slow down with bigger cities and i would like my models to be performant and not drag down the performance of the base game :)

i have no idea of 3d-modelling, but is it possible to create a version of the diamond tower, where the custom lod also shows those "stairs"? they completely disappear from a certain distance and i always consider that as a weird moment.

can u make a growable version?
