Dont out this on or near polluted land/water and you should be golden
Fichtenelch 29 Jan, 2023 @ 10:00pm
Something is wrong with this. Placed it next to garbage collection faclity and made sure there is no pollution. Still killed half of the population before i reloaded a save.... be aware.

Mod works fine for me, you just need good trash collection to clean the clearifier out, and watch out that it's not placed near any pollution because it works like a water tower.
asaphx 11 Jan, 2019 @ 6:28pm
You killed 30000 sims. Thank you

- lol
Panahasi 20 Nov, 2018 @ 10:28am
This asset has always worked for me, make sure you do not place it on or near any pollution. It will suck up the pollution and make everyone sick, just like all water intakes.
Killer Penguin 28 Sep, 2018 @ 6:50pm
Can confirm: BROKEN MOD - DO NOT INSTALL.
Once built, citizens go sick and start dying massively. Its like a nuke to your water/health systems.

Edit: You know what Instakill is? That is nothing compared to this.
robokuba111 28 Jun, 2018 @ 5:28pm
You killed 30000 sims. Thank you
Arima 26 Feb, 2018 @ 5:39am
why this is a producing water building instead of sewage
nornica411 29 Dec, 2017 @ 7:39am
working fine :)
Blackcat 8 Dec, 2017 @ 6:48am
would be nice mod if my entire population not going sick, tryed a lot to solve, its jsut a broken mod ..
unknownfact 24 Sep, 2017 @ 3:57am
Pretty sure y'all just placed it on polluted ground.

Anyways, these don't appear in-game for me anymore for whatever reason. I did use them in the past.
Ammonium 18 Jul, 2017 @ 9:24pm
Com_evans you placed it near pollution? If so, that's why
AnttiA[fin] 19 Jun, 2017 @ 10:43pm
not work
Overlord 20 Mar, 2017 @ 8:36am
It works but you need to have at least one pump and one building which actually has the outflow pipe with contamined water. You can build it on the edge of the map and maybe even turn it off.
OGTopey 3 Dec, 2016 @ 9:05am
dont subscribe this mod not working
Com_Evans 5 Oct, 2016 @ 11:39am
Doesn't work even though statistics say the water is clean. My whole city died out till I removed these clarifiers.
commander2001 18 Jun, 2016 @ 5:04pm
does not work for snowfall it has -32000 when using it
Ole 12 Mar, 2016 @ 11:45am
2k triangles*
Ole 12 Mar, 2016 @ 11:45am
could you make a LOD with less triangles? 2k is a little too much for a LOD
smeagol001 17 Feb, 2016 @ 11:29pm
maybe you didnt realise it but grundpollution is still producing poluted water if pumps etc are placed on polluted ground which makes sense tough
SpookyTurtle 10 Jan, 2016 @ 1:07pm
Killed all of my citizens by sickness in like 30 seconds. I probably don't understand how it works (just plugged them to my water/sewage network), but a more specific description would be welcome (like "you have to make a separate network to not get all your citizens sick and die")
Draximal 26 Dec, 2015 @ 12:23pm
It is clever thought building but its need water animation.
GrubbyZebra 6 Dec, 2015 @ 7:46pm
I too had the citizens sick problem. So what I am doing is creating a separate water network and waste water clarifying network. The regular water supply/sewage system is set up as always, and the clarifiers are set up to receive from pumps at the sewage outlet and re-discharge to the same area. Seems to be working
Populous 24 Nov, 2015 @ 10:18pm
Water in/Water out… if you run a lot of pumps from frivers and do not have enough clarifying ponds or sewage pumps… the game will trigger a sewage issue. This is city planning and NOT an issue with this Asset. Just delete some of your water pumps by the river or add clarifiers or sewage to handle water from the pumps.
Populous 24 Nov, 2015 @ 10:16pm
Good point No Dread, the file size is huge, but really like the looks a lot and am a fan of Kollati.
woodyblack 9 Nov, 2015 @ 9:42pm
People get sick if you place this next to industrial buildings or polluted areas.
Farago 4 Nov, 2015 @ 7:13am
Update for AD?
No Dread 9 Oct, 2015 @ 6:40pm
trimming my assets, and 17mb is rather large, sadly (average for decently made assets is 3 for small buildings, 5 for medium buildings, 7 for large, and 10 for giant ones.)
Raul 8 Oct, 2015 @ 7:55pm
roberto raises a good point, any chance of making some modifications to make this more realistic?
marine.ct 5 Oct, 2015 @ 8:28pm
hi, so this works really well, the trick is to not have it close to resodential areas! thanks!
PuppyFlavour 24 Sep, 2015 @ 9:08am
Thank you for making this :)
roberto tomás 7 Sep, 2015 @ 5:51am
please check out this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ubVabIVnNXk you will see live video for standard, old water treatment facilities. at about 4:30 you can see the clarifiers. They produce virtually no sound or waste. The sump and early filters/separators make sound and garbage, the end filters make garbage .. but the clarifiers are just about the quietest part. :)
Gfurst 20 Aug, 2015 @ 11:01am
So basically its a sewage producer as a drain pipe(in-game sense), and also water producer but only half of the total sewage capacity...
Basically half of the water is being lost, would be cool to have a separate drainage to dump the rest not purified water somewhere else.
Tiewalker 27 Jul, 2015 @ 8:14am
Citizens got sick, third of the population died before I could remove all the units. Basically citizens are drinking unclean water that is not being treated very well.
SnakesRaven 26 Jul, 2015 @ 5:19am
Works fine for me. I think citizens getting sick might have something to do with placing this clarifier close to industry on poluted ground. When you check polution (sidebar) some of these clarifiers turn red if poluted and people indeed get sick. Hope this comment helps.
Shu 24 Jul, 2015 @ 4:22am
It seems to make my citizens sick.I made a test with a small city of 1000 people. A water pumping station + a large clarifier results in citizens getting sick all the time. Turing off the clarifier immediately stops the spread of sickness. For me, this thing is broken :(
zerbazebro 21 Jul, 2015 @ 4:40pm
If, you're still doing mods for this, could you try to do a version of this with like a greenhouse type enclosure for use in future/mars cities?
GHOST_RevRaz 14 Jul, 2015 @ 12:17am
Was going to make a large clarifing station to go along with with the large pumping station since it seemed like a waste to use 3 purifiers. Will give this a go.
schovi 13 Jul, 2015 @ 1:39pm
Cant make this building to work. I placed few of them, attached electrocity and water pipes and the are still telling me "Water pipe not connected" Any suggestions?
Coreknabe 8 Jul, 2015 @ 5:08am
I placed a Recycling-Center nearby just as timmytwoshoes2003 said - Now it works fine and my citizens are not getting sick anymore :-)
Björne von Krydda 5 Jul, 2015 @ 2:27pm
I think this clarifier killed my city. Placed three of them and almost immediately everyone got sick and died. Stay away from this one.
Kondukteur 1 Jul, 2015 @ 9:07am
Is it ready to the new patch 1.1.1 ??
Sint Holo 4 Jun, 2015 @ 10:51pm
Neither size provides sewage treatment, only water.
Owlchemist 4 Jun, 2015 @ 12:21pm
I was trying de-bloat my game, looking through all my asset mods. Much to my surprise, this asset was the #1 biggest mod I have, out of 184. 17MB... Seems odd.
Bucketsmith 1 Jun, 2015 @ 12:40pm
Not only do I have the issue of pollution - all that feedback I just read made me realise the clarifiers were the issue - I also can't seem to be able to collect the garbage they accumilate.
Tom Martow 29 May, 2015 @ 11:20am
These are really nice, great job!
padichat 20 May, 2015 @ 11:28pm
This asset is great, especially since I am playing on a map without flowing water (eventually the whole sea would be polluted).
If people are getting sick it is because the ground is polluted, so do NOT put the clarifier near industries or garbage buildings !
[BC] deBabba 20 May, 2015 @ 1:07pm
I got also the problem with sickness of my whole population. Only turning off brought back everything to normal. Your object looks very good, but doesnt work propper. Sorry had to de-install it.
