Question related to level of that building. To have this building I have to forbid it from leveling up correct? So I need the control level up mod to forbid this building from leveling up. Thank you

As soon as I figure out how to place my objects in parks, then yes. But sadly it is not letting me do so at moment. Always end up having to throw big objects out as monuments because of it.

Christian: It's a commercial H1, which means you have to lay out a high density commercial zone; the darker blue one. Friday: I've got a couple requests coming in at the moment but I'll see what I can do for ya; just give me some time. :)

No cops in my city since the opposite of good is almost always not evil but mostly just meant good. :p ^^ Would rather have the warning labels from everything removed and the problem left to sort itself out.. ;]
