@AndHobbes yes! @ 8bitwonder THANK YOU for making this! This is the ONLY "dingbat" I've found in the workshop.

Everybody makes European, Midwest/East Coast American, Russian, Mediterranean, etc.. assets, but I struggle to find stuff that jives with what I see everyday in Los Angeles: Lots of 2-4 story free-standing apartment buildings, and PLENTY of these 2-story dingbats with ground floor parking.

Their is something about this model that I just love. It looks like something I could totally see in my home town. Amazing work!
