It is strange to have shop with maintenance costs. It is nice, but would be better as a RICO or commercial (usable then with Move It etc.)

1756 consider getting the "parking lot roads" mod. Allows u to place car parks but will require a mod to allow you to overlay to space markings. All is in the mod description on that.

@Finwickle @Elrasiel I agree. This creator spent many hours designing this model. I feel sad for hardworking people who are insulted by others for simply one of their choices.

@elrasiel: Insulting a creator is such a low action. It's their choice to maintain an asset or not. If you think it so easy, why don't you make your own Ikea asset?

Looks kind of funny that every third parking spot is a handicap spot. Aren't handicap parking usually reserved for the spots that are closest to the entrance?
