They lie to you they did not make it they stole it stupid hackers! I am the one who made it and did not publish it yet then stopped playing cities skyline for about 8 yeas; Then go-to to work on the map and to test the changes made then the map can not be changed due to this lying crap being up on the workshop this punk is a hacker clear as day

I absolutely love this map. I tweaked the mountain/water-volcano a bit and was able to create a 1600 MW dam.
